Let's here it for the Lady Knights. We have our first ever NCAA champion in track and field thanks to an outstanding performance by Aurieyall Scott in the indoor championship 60 meters. She had Octavius Freeman in the next lane pushing her and we took two out of the three medals in that race with Gold for Aurieyall and Bronze for Octavius. Way to represent the Black and Gold Ladies!
Now we are on the eve of the Lady Knights Hoops playing for a possible third CUSA title in the last five years. What an unbelievable run in the tournament. The Knights were the eighth seed going into the tournament and now they have a chance to make history with a win tomorrow night. 8 PM tomorrow night on CBS sports network. You know I'll be watching.
